Even though time isn't always on our side we can all take the proper precautions and help keep our hair healthy, shiny, frizz free and most of all damage free. Simply follow these 4 simple steps on a weekly basis and your hair with thank you. 1. How many of you have had a friend who ranted and raved about a certain shampoo saying it was the end all be all...only to try it and find it did nothing for your hair ? We've all been there. So if you haven't already talk to your fabulous stylist and get the perfect formula for YOU. Also unless you have fine hair try to wash your hair every other day. The more natural oils in your hair the better. Obviously I'm not giving you a free pass to only wash once a week but every 2-3 days is best.
